1. Purchase the Electonic Cigarette kit. It will contain two batteries (each battery is the longer, white portion of the cig shaft) and an atomizer. The atomizer contains a replaceable cartridge that holds nicotine water that creates the smoke and flavor. Each cartridge is the equivalent of approximately 15 cigarettes, depending on how you smoke.
